SC Budget and Control Board Accountability Reports

The State of South Carolina Budget and Control Board requires all state agencies to submit an annual accountability report that provides the Governor, the General Assembly, and other state offices with information that supports their decisions and analysis of the budget.  Prior to the 2013-2014 reporting year, the guidelines for these reports followed the Baldridge criteria.  The revised framework is intended to encourage agencies to engage in periodic review, revision, and reporting of achievement related to mission and strategic goals.
