Dr. John McIntyre, Executive Director
Dr. John R. McIntyre, is founding Director of the Georgia Tech CIBER, professor of management (Strategy Area) in the College of Management with a courtesy appointment in international relations in the Georgia Tech's Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. He received his graduate education at Northeastern University, completing his Ph.D. at the University of Georgia. Prior to joining Georgia Tech in September 1981, he was Research Associate for International Management at the Dean Rusk Center of the University of Georgia Law School. He has published in journals such as Technology and Society, Public Administration Quarterly, International Management Review, Defence Analysis, Studies in Comparative and International Development, The Journal of European Marketing, Politique Internationale, International Executive, International Trade Journal, among others.
He is also author or coauthor of the following books: Uncertainty in Business-Government Relations: The Dynamics of International Trade Policy, The Political Economy of International Technology Transfer, International Space Policy: Legal, Economic, and Strategic Options for the Twentieth Century and Beyond, Japan's Technical standards: Implications for Global Competitiveness, Business and Management Education in China: Transition, Pedagogy and Training, A Handbook: Business and Management Education in Transitioning and Developing Country, Globalization of Chinese Enterprises, The Multinational Enterprise and the Challenge of Sustainable Development. His professional memberships include: Sigma Xi, The Academy of International Business, The Academy of Management, Policy Studies Organization, The American Society for Public Administration. He is the recipient of the State of Georgia Governor's 2009 International Award in international business education in 2009.
Dr. McIntyre is an expert on the primary aluminum industry. He is fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish.
Prof. V.V. Khole, Vice Chancellor
Dr. Vijay Khole, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Mumbai, completed his education up to postgraduate level in the University of Pune and went on to complete his Ph.D. in Bio-physics from Supreme Attestation Commission, Moscow, USSR in 1981. He has over 26 years of teaching experience exclusively at post-graduate level and has published 60 research papers in inter-disciplinary areas like Biophysics in national and inter-national journals. Some important academic contributions of Dr. Khole include establishment of Department of Information Technology, which conducts various Under-graduate and Post-graduate program. Dr. Khole has been a member or chaired many State level Committees constituted for Universities in Maharashtra, India.
Dr. Khole has published 60 paper in national and international journals in the field of Bio-Physics (ii) Author of 3 books in area of Bio Physics (ii) Published 10 papers related to Life Sciences in general.
Dr. Vijay Khole has been Director, Institute of Science, Aurangabad, Founder Registrar, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, Pro-Vice Chancellor University of Mumbai and the Vice-Chancellor, University of Mumbai.
Dr. Ancy Jose, Principal
Dr. Ancy Jose is an active educationist and an able administrator. She is one of the longest serving Principals of a College affiliated to University of Mumbai. Her contribution to her College as a Principal is indeed praiseworthy.
Presently she heads Nagindas Khandwala College, one of the prestigious Colleges of Mumbai suburbs. The College is recognized as Best College by University of Mumbai. This institute also has an ISO certified and NAAC's 'A' Grade College. All accolades to this institute were brought by Dr. Jose's tireless efforts and dedicated work towards her educational institute as well as the university.
Dr. Ancy Jose pursued her M.Sc. (1980) and Ph.D. (2009) from University of Kerala and University of Mumbai respectively. She is a recognized teacher in Post-Graduation of University of Mumbai, since 1997. Dr. Jose is the Principal of Nagindas Khandwala College, Malad (W), Mumbai, since 1993. She has taken various innovative steps to improve the college education, administration systems and discipline. Considering this, Dr. Jose has been appointed as Director of educational institutes run by Malad Kandivali Education Society, Mumbai (M.K.E.S.). Nagindas Khandwala College is one of the institutes run by M.K.E.S. Dr. Jose has participated in various national and international seminars. She has organized several workshops, seminars and conferences. She has been the Peer-Team Member and Member Coordinator for the Assessment and Accreditation for various colleges across the country. She was the Academic Council Member of University of Mumbai (2000-2010). Dr. Jose was the Senate Member of the University of Mumbai. She also visited academic institutes of USA and United Kingdom for paper presentation and academic commitment. She has been awarded "Best Principal Award" by EET CRS and "Academic Excellence Award" by Indus Foundation in 2013.
Ms. Lilian Gutierrez, Director-Global Accounts, East Coast
Ms. Gutierrez manages global accounts with a sales background building hotel occupancy and increasing room & revenue. Her specialties include promoting product & brand awareness, cross-selling luxury portfolio of hotels in both domestic & international markets, prospecting, contract negotiations, maximizing revenue sales, marketing plans, building client relationships, opening/closing operation of hotel properties in the marketplace.

Dr. Venkatesh Kamat is currently working as a Professor & Head at the Dept. of Computer Science & Technology, Goa University. He is the founder member of the department that was established in the year 1987 with assistance from IIT Bombay and NCST, now CDAC Mumbai. He has to his credit number of initiatives at Goa University. The Semester based continuous evaluation system with relative grading, was first implemented at the University in the Computer Science department in 1987. He is also credited for working very closely with IT industry. In the year 1998 he incubated an IT service company in the department with a Swiss collaborator and later worked as its CEO for a year while on a sabbatical leave from the University. He is also founder board member of Agile India Software Society based in Bangalore that's doing lot of good work in agile movement in India. He is also involved with few initiatives that the University has taken in using technology for teaching-learning.
Venkatesh completed his M.Sc in Physics from Mumbai University, M.Phil in Computer Science from JNU Delhi and a PhD from Goa University. His area of interest is Computer Graphics and Education Technology. He is life member of Computer Society of India, and a senior member of IEEE and currently Chairman of ACM Goa Chapter.
