USCB's small classes allow Business Administration faculty to understand students' needs, interests and life circumstances. Many of our faculty are former high-level business executives. Coursework in this degree program includes practicum and internship work experiences at small businesses, larger corportations, nonprofits and government organizations. Students apply concepts and theories they have learned in the classroom and practice quantitative skills, critical thinking, creativity, leadership, ethics and social responsibility. USCB Business Administration graduates pursue careers in banking, insurance, financial services, sales, real estate, land development, construction, government and military service and many other industries.
