As a Senior Instructor in the Natural Sciences Department, I specialize in the Biological Sciences for the pre-med/pre-nursing/pre-professional courses such as Microbiology and Human Anatomy and Physiology I & II. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences at Xavier University and my Medical Doctor at Cebu Doctors’ College of Medicine. My research interests include ongoing research with Dr. Edward D’Antonio on the development of new classes of inhibitor enzyme drug-targets for Neglected Tropical Diseases, especially Chaga’s disease. I am a member of the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society and the American Society for Microbiology.
