Trademarks and Licensing
The University of South Carolina Beaufort owns many federally registered trademarks. Among them are the University's logo and logotype and the Sand Shark athletic logo. Use of registered trademarks without the express permission of the University of South Carolina Beaufort is a violation of federal and state law. Any business or individual who produces commercial items for public view or consumption must be licensed officially.
