Student Nurses Sponsor the Fourth Annual Harrington Place Fall Festival

For the fourth consecutive year, USCB nursing students sponsored the Harrington Place
Fall Festival in Beaufort. The festival focuses on adults with chronic and persistent
mental illness who attend a program in psychosocial rehabilitation skills at the facility.
Nursing students decked out Harrington Place in a Hawaiian luau theme last month,
then served a barbeque lunch followed by music, dancing and party games. Kimberly
Dudas, Ph.D., RN-BC, CNE, interim dean of the School of the Professions and chair
of the Department of Nursing and Health Professions, reports that financial support
for the party was provided by the USCB Student Nurses Association.
