USCB to Offer First Master’s Degree Program in the Fall

USCB has received formal approval from our accrediting body to offer the first master’s
degree program in our history, a Master of Science in Computational Science. Approval
was granted by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges,
also known as SACSCOC. The first classes will take place in the fall. At the same
time, SACSCOC awarded the university membership as a Level III institution of higher
education, authorizing us to confer master’s degrees.
