Major Mentors Program: Academic Peer Mentorship
What is a Student Major Mentor?
A Student Major Mentor is a student at USCB who has performed well in their major, knows the inside-outs of USCB, and can speak honestly and openly about their experience at the university with new, incoming students. The mentorship program connects new students with current students in a specific major who are experienced and have foundational knowledge in their study. Students are able to email major mentors with questions about their major, coursework, professors, and future career plans.
