Need facilities help? Enter a work request. Light out? AC not cooling? Dishwasher not starting? Complete a work request to alert the facilities team to get the help you need! If your maintenance request is an emergency (i.e. flooding, fire, excessive smoke from an appliance), please call DPS immediately at 843-208-8911. Number 1: Log into Brightly. Use your network ID and Duo. Click add new. Follow these steps to fill out the facilities request form. Number two: Location. Click the pin icon. Click the arrow to pick your campus and building. Scroll or search to find your apartment. Click the blue arrow to select your location. Number three: Give it a title. Summarize your request. For example, light out, AC not cooling, or dishwasher not starting. Number four: Write a description in the work request box. Let the team know what is wrong. Be as detailed as possible. Instead of saying "my washer machine is broken" instead say "the water will not drain in the washing machine". List the location. Does work need to be completed in the living room? Bedroom C? The AB bathroom? Double check. Is everything explained clearly and you selected the correct room? Add a picture. If your issue is hard to describe, upload a picture or video! Number five: Submit. Click it on the top left!
