CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH - LEVEL 1

This course provides a basic comprehension of the language to travel abroad or to
communicate orally with native Spanish speakers. Emphasis will be on vocabulary acquisition,
simple sentence structure and conversational skills. By focusing on practical language
use, students will build the confidence to engage in everyday interactions, ask for
directions, order food, and participate in basic conversations.

This course allows students to expand their comprehension of the language to communicate
orally with native Spanish speakers. Students can expect more emphasis on grammar,
an introduction to past and future tenses along with the improving conversational
skills.

INTRO TO CONVERSATIONAL ITALIAN
Bluffton Campus | Tuesday and Thursday
This course offers a foundational understanding of grammar and vocabulary, emphasizing
the two most common verb tenses. Students will develop comprehension skills and learn
to communicate effectively using familiar phrases and responses. The course also covers
methods for understanding native speakers and their regional accents, as well as proper
pronunciation of numbers, time, dates, and the alphabet.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Slow Flow Yoga is a slow-paced yoga with breath synchronization to improve flexibility,
balance, and strength.

YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA

Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue to help lengthen and release built-up tension.
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening
your body through passive stretching.
